1. The buyer, at the time of the order, shall make a choice regarding the type of delivery (parcel terminal, postal department, courier, etc.) and shall cover the transport costs according to the type of delivery chosen. 

2. Packforce Latvia SIA uses third parties to supply items to Buyer.

3. All prices in the Internet shop are listed in euro, including VAT at 21%, and are listed on products. The delivery fee is added to prices and shall be displayed during checkout.

4. If the minimum order amount is EUR 98 + VAT, the delivery is free. 

5. The items are delivered to the shipping address on the order. The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is made. 

6. Packforce Latvia SIA assortment items are delivered to the customer within 3-5 working days after entering into the Sales Agreement..

7. If the items ordered by the buyer are not in stock and must be ordered specifically from the manufacturer/supplier and it is clear that the goods will not be able to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, as well as in other cases where it is not possible to deliver the goods at the time due to circumstances beyond the control of PackForce Latvia SIA, PackForce Latvia SIA shall inform Purchaser in 2 working days as of the formalization of the order via contact phone or e-mail. The Purchaser will then also be informed of the deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods.

8. If the Buyer loses interest in the purchase of goods due to the extension of the delivery time, the Buyer is entitled to cancel the order if it is still possible to do so and the amount paid by the Buyer (including transport costs) is returned to the Buyer's bank account. 

9. The buyer is obliged to inspect the ordered goods immediately after delivery. If, when accepting the goods, the Buyer discloses discrepancies in the structure or number of the goods, quality or other discrepancies compared to the description provided in the e-shop or the order made by the Buyer, the Buyer shall immediately inform the PackForce Latvia SIA by email. 

10. If the goods ordered by the buyer are supplied by third parties (employee of the postal or transport company and the like), the purchaser shall accept the goods by signing the delivery document (bill of lading). Before signing the delivery document (bill of lading), the purchaser must make sure that the goods are of the appropriate quality and correspond to the quantity ordered or are not damaged. If the quality or quantity of the goods is different compared to the order of the Purchaser or the product is damaged, the Buyer shall make the appropriate note on the bill of lading and shall immediately send the notification to the e-mail address: eshop@packforce.lv  .

11. The risk of accidental destruction and damage of the goods shall be transferred to the purchaser after the goods are delivered to the place of delivery of the goods indicated on the order.
