Processing of personal data.
1. The data controller for the packforce.lv online shop is PackForce Latvia SIA, registry code: 50203144271, address: Medema street 7-16, Baloži, Ķekavas novads, LV-2112, telephone:. +371 2 8398529 and e-mail: eshop@packforce.lv (hereinafter the Seller).
Personal data to be processed.
2. Such personal data are processing:
- Name/surname;
- contact information such as a telephone number and an e-mail address;
- payer’s address and delivery address;
- bank account number;
- costs of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);
- customer support details;
- other information related to customer surveys and/or offers.

Purpose of personal data processing.
4. Personal data are processed for the purposes of the performance of the contract concluded with the Byer.
5. Personal data are processed for the performance of legal obligations (for example, accounting and the resolution of consumer disputes).
6. Personal data are used for managing the Buyer’s orders and delivering the goods.
7. Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, Buyer’s data) are used for preparing an overview of goods and services purchased and for analyzing Buyer’s preferences.
8. The bank account number is used to refund payments to the Buyer.
9. Personal data such as e-mail address, telephone number and Buyer’s name are processed in order to resolve any issues related to the provision of goods or services (customer support).
10.The IP address or other online identifiers of the user of the online shop are processed for the provision of the online shop as an information society service and for the compilation of Internet use statistics.
Transmission of personal data to authorized processors.
11. The Seller keeps secret the Buyer’s personal data that have become known to it in the course of the registration and use of the user account and publishes them to third parties only with the Buyer’s consent, except where the obligation or entitlement to publish the data results from legislation.
12. The user of the online shop accepts that, in order to provide the Buyer with suitable services, the Seller is entitled to process their data, including the transmission of the Buyer’s data to parties related to the provision of a service for the Buyer by the Seller.
13. List of authorized processors:
• Eeva - Personal data is sent for accounting purposes.
• Lumav Commerce - Personal data is sent for ensuring the functionality of the online shop or for data hosting.
• DPD - Personal data (name/surname, phone number and e-post address) is sent by Buyer to the selected transport service. If it is a courier delivered good, then in addition to contact information there will be added the Buyer’s address
• Itella - Personal data (name, phone number and e-post address) is sent by client to the selected transport service. If it is a courier delivered good, then in addition to contact information there will be added the Buyer’s address.
• Omniva - Personal data (name, phone number and e-post address) is sent by client to the selected transport service. If it is a courier delivered good, then in addition to contact information there will be added the Buyer’s address.
• Swedbank - Personal data is sent by the client to the selected payment solution for the collection of required transaction history.
• SEB - Personal data is sent by the client to the selected payment solution for the collection of required transaction history.
• Paysera - Personal data is sent by the client to the selected payment solution for the collection of required transaction history.
• Luminor (Nordea) - Personal data is sent by the client to the selected payment solution for the collection of required transaction history.
• LHV - Personal data is sent by the client to the selected payment solution for the collection of required transaction history.
• NETS - Personal data is sent by the client to the selected payment solution for the collection of required transaction history.
• Google Analytics - Personal data (IP, Browser, operation system and other network identificatory information) is collected for statistics and analyzing, in order to make the e-store user experience and technical solution better.
• Zendesk - Personal data (IP, Browser, operation system and other network identificatory information) is collected for statistics and analyzing, in order to make the e-store user experience and technical solution better.
• Stacc - Personal data(IP, Browser, operation system and other network identificatory information) is collected for statistics and analyzing, in order to make the e-store user experience and technical solution better.
• Plumbr - Personal data(IP, Browser, operation system and other network identificatory information) is collected for statistics and analyzing, in order to make the e-store user experience and technical solution better.
Security and access to data
14. Personal data are stored on the servers of PackForce Latvia SIA located within the territory of a Member State of the European Union or of a country that has acceded to the European Economic Area. Data may be transmitted to countries where the European Commission has estimated the level of data protection to be sufficient or to companies in the United States that have signed up for the Privacy Shield Framework.
15. The online shop takes appropriate physical, organizational and information technology security measures in order to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification or unauthorized access or disclosure.
16. Transmission of personal data to the authorized processors of the online shop – personal data are processed under the contract concluded between the online shop and the authorized processor.
17. The authorized processors are required to ensure appropriate safeguards during the processing of personal data.
Inspection and amendment of personal data
18. Personal data recorded in the online shop may be inspected or amended via the online shop account management.
19. If a purchase has been made in the capacity of a visitor (without a user account), a query about personal data may be submitted using the request for information form.
Revocation of consent
20. If personal data are processed based on the Buyer’s consent, the Buyer is entitled to revoke their consent via the online shop account management.
Retention
21. When a Buyer’s account is closed in the online shop, any personal data are deleted, except where such data need to be retained for accounting or the resolution of consumer disputes.
22. If a purchase has been made in the online shop in the capacity of a visitor (without a user account), the individual purchase history will be retained for three years.
23. In the event of disputes related to payments or consumer disputes, personal data are retained until the settlement of the claim or until the expiry of the limitation period (three years).
24. Personal data needed for accounting are retained for seven years.
Deletion
25. Personal data recorded in the online shop along with the Buyer account may be deleted via the online shop account management.
26. A query about the deletion of other personal data could be submitted using the request for information form.
27. A request for the deletion of data is answered not later than within a month, and the period for the deletion of the data is clarified if necessary.
Transfer
28. An electronic statement about the personal data recorded in the online shop may be downloaded from the online shop account management.
29. A query about the transfer of other personal data could be submitted using therequest for information form .
30. A request for the transfer of data is answered not later than within a month, where customer support establishes identity and provides notification of personal data applicable to transfer.
Direct marketing messages
31. An e-mail address or a telephone number is used for the transmission of direct marketing messages if the Buyer has provided the relevant consent.
32. If the Buyer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, the relevant link has to be selected in the e-mail header or customer support has to be contacted.
33. If personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing (profiling), the Buyer is entitled to submit objections in relation to the initial or subsequent processing of their personal data, including the preparation of a profile analysis related to direct marketing, at any time by notifying customer support thereof via e-mail.
Resolution of disputes
34. Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (eshop@packforce.lv). The supervisory authority is the Data State Inspectorate (info@dvi.gov.lv).
