Polyolefin (PO) thermal shrink film is glossy, flexible and durable to milder punctures, that is why thermal wrap is suitable for packaging magazines and exclusive products. Polyolefin film is also suitable for packaging foodstuffs. Thermal shrink wrap shrinks around the product in a special machine under the influence of temperature. Polyolefin do not emit irritating fumes during packaging process, like PVC thermal shrink wrap does. Shrink wrap is centerfolded, which means that the shrink wrap sheet is folded in half and as it comes off the roll, it opens up to twice the width.
